Trick is not to overcook the steak. For years I had the same issue. Gordon Ramsey has a delicious recipe with butter, garlic and rosemary. He has it on a RUclips channel that can be found easily.

Hey Anthony...we used our kitchen sink to stow our kitchen spices, jars canister, coffee pot etc. instead of bathroom floor, so we weren't cross contaminating frm bathroom to kitchen counters, cause we trekked around fair grounds and carnival lots. Bathroom was clean but you never knw...also, I missed both your Texas visits. The spots for meet up were too far for me to drive at night, however if you come back this way, I wanna buy you a Texas size chicken fried steak dinner. I've been watching your videos and havin lunch with you for 4 years now...back when you were cooking in the front seat of your van/car. Im 72 now and I hope to see you one day... travel safe. 😊

I use the Keg steak spice on all my meat lol I like it better than the clubhouse Montreal steak spice lol

When I have left over steak I like using the next day for steak and eggs 😋😋. My favorite potato salad is deviled egg potato salad, sooooo good 😋😋😋. I live in an apartment building, so I can't BBQ. I absolutely luv Luv luv the way steaks turn out in the air fryer lol. I pretty much cook all my meat in Airfryer now. Except Roasts I do in slow cooker and I do my ribs low and slow in the oven.

Idea that might help 💡 is putting locks on your drawers and cabinets. That way everything is secure when traveling and also u can use bins for your spices as well. Also u can try to see if your topper from the van will fit on to your truck for extra storage. Looking forward to the next video! 🤗

The only censorship that should be happening is from RUclips. If they deem your content as appropriate and it isn’t flagged BY THEM, no one can or should voice that certain content is inappropriate. Carry on… Now as for the steak, I ALWAYS marinade my steak, chicken, ribs, brisket, whatever ahead of time. I use McCormick steak (or chicken whichever you are preparing) seasoning (found in seasoning isle at grocery store) and worstershire (sp?) sauce as my marinade. I put the seasoning on both sides, place the meat in a large ziploc baggie, add worstershire sauce liberally, and put it back in frig for 6-24 hours before cooking. I promise it will be packed full of flavor and you won’t need a knife. Try it, you’ll like it 😉

Just a question. If that is a battery charger/jumper for your truck, why don’t you keep it in your truck? I have one as well as a air pump, I leave them in the truck.

Hey Anthony I really enjoy watching your videos and I just wanted to tell you how I learned to get the ball lose from your camper is once you raised it all you have to do is step on your bumper of your truck and give a jump and it will loss itself just thought that might help you I learned from my daddy and my husband does it because he farms. Ooh Anthony please be sure to descale your ice maker, with descaler. The mold in mine was so bad one day I came home, & my mother threw it out😂 she doesnt even live w/ me however she looked in it and said it was scary looking in there. I only ever used bottled water. Never once used tap water.

Anthony, with my 2018 Travel Lite FL-14 (by the same company), I replaced my shower curtain for a fabric one that was mildew proof, not all are, and that gave me more room/freedom if movement in my wet bath. Also prevents mildew.
